The entire suppressor is built from laser bed fused 718 Inconel, printed as a weldless structure. No welds means fewer potential failure points, and Inconel is about as heat tolerant as suppressor materials get. That is why the PRINT-X RBS carries a full auto rating with no barrel length restrictions. Run it hard on a short gas gun or hang it on a precision bolt rifle, it holds up either way. At 6.6 inches long, 1.7 inches in diameter, and 14.9 ounces, it keeps the added weight and length reasonable for a full size 7.62 can. The gray Type 2 anodized finish over the bead blasted surface gives it a clean, understated look that also makes install and removal easier on the hands.
The rear of the can uses the industry standard HUB interface with 1.375×24 threading, so you are not locked into one mounting ecosystem. It ships with a Rotex-SF HUB adapter for quick detach mounting, and you can swap to direct thread or other HUB compatible mounts down the road as your setup changes.
