Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service at 706.745.3131, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Be sure to have your order number available when you call. Please note that once an order has been cancelled, the cancellation cannot be undone. All cancellations are final.

If your order has already been shipped or processed, it cannot be cancelled. In some cases, your order may be processed immediately upon receipt due to our expedited shipping practices. In those cases, you will need to follow the standard return process and will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Returns

Alexander’s Store accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns may be approved for replacement (if available) or refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • In original packaging
  • Include all parts, paperwork, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Alexander’s Store monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of abuse or fraud.

We also reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and may refuse future orders from customers who initiate chargebacks after shipment.

Return Process

Before shipping any products back to us, you must:

  1. Check with our returns department to see if your order is eligible for a return. Please send us an email at [email protected] or call us at (706) 745-3131
  2. Complete the Return Merchandise Form. Click Here to download the RMA form.
  3. Include the completed form with your return

If you are unsure as to whether or not your item is eligible for return, please email us at [email protected] Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns received without an RMA or completed form will not be processed and will be sent back. All returned items must be received and inspected before a refund or replacement is issued. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, store credit may be provided.

Firearm Returns & Transfers

Inspect all firearms carefully before completing the FFL transfer.

  • Firearms, frames, and receivers cannot be returned after the transfer is complete.
  • For manufacturer defects discovered after transfer, customers must work directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims.

Customers are responsible for all FFL transfer fees, including failed background checks. These fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Suppressors / Silencers
  • Ammunition and ammunition components
  • Blank cartridges
  • Firearms, frames, or receivers after transfer (non-Alexander’s brands)
  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Gun Parts

If any of these items are defective, please contact the manufacturer directly.

If you received an incorrect item, contact Customer Service at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Information

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location, but in most cases, packages arrive within 3 to 7 business days.  

Some brands are subject to increased shipping times due to manufacturer shipping logistics. These brands include:

  • FN America / FN Herstal
  • Heckler & Koch
  • Kimber
  • Springfield Armory
  • Smith & Wesson

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email sent to the email address on file. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. Order processing does not begin until both payment and FFL information have been received.

Our team works diligently to get every order out as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience if a delay occurs.

We will review your order and determine the cause of the delay. 

Product Availability

Due to in-store sales and supplier inventory changes, product availability is not guaranteed. Items may sell locally before our website is updated.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a cancellation or offer alternatives when available.

Please note that not all products listed online are stocked at our Blairsville, Georgia location.

In some cases, delays in receiving payment or required FFL information may result in the item becoming unavailable.
While we make every effort to hold items when possible, certain situations may require order cancellation due to inventory discrepancies. When possible, we will attempt to source the product through an alternate distributor.

Payments & Taxes

  • Tax is calculated based on your location. 

  • All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is not accepted.

  • We only accept immediate checkout with a credit card at this time.

Customer Responsibility, Requirements & Legal Compliance

By purchasing any item from Alexander’s Store, Inc. dba Alexander’s Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances within their jurisdiction. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to understand and follow those laws before placing an order.
  • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess the item under all applicable laws, including but not limited to age restrictions and prohibitions based on criminal history or other disqualifying factors.
  • The customer confirms that they have independently verified the legality of purchasing and using any item in their state and local area.
  • All firearms purchased through this website must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. The buyer is responsible for arranging the transfer with a valid FFL dealer and completing all required background checks and paperwork prior to taking possession.

 

  • We do not ship firearms or ammunition to locations where such items are restricted or prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the shipping destination is compliant with all applicable regulations.

 

  • Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous. By purchasing from this website, you agree to handle, store, and use all products safely and responsibly. We strongly recommend proper training and secure storage practices, including the use of gun safes and trigger locks.

 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexander’s Store, Inc. dba Alexander’s Store shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse, improper handling, illegal use, or unauthorized modification of any products sold.

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or safety concerns.

Legal Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

By placing an order with Alexander’s Store, Inc. dba Alexander’s Store, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to your order or these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

By placing an order through this website, you also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexander’s Store, Inc. dba Alexander’s Store from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to your use of the site, your order, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Destination Control

Alexander’s Store, Inc. dba Alexander’s Store does not export products outside of the United States. All products are sold for use within the U.S. only. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
