The B&T XH-762 RBS splits the difference the smart way. The main body is 3D-printed titanium to keep the whole package at just 9.1 ounces, while the blast baffle, the part that takes the worst abuse, is 718 Inconel built to eat superheated gas without flinching. That hybrid recipe is why this can carries a full-auto rating and holds up to the kind of round counts that would wear down lesser titanium designs.
Backpressure is the quiet downside of running suppressed on a gas gun. Extra gas gets shoved back into the action, your bolt speeds up, parts wear faster, and you end up eating a face full of carbon at the range. B&T's Reduced Backpressure System keeps bolt speed increase to right around 1.9 percent on an M4 pattern carbine, which is close enough to unsuppressed that your rifle barely notices the can is there. Less blowback, less fouling in the action, and a much more pleasant day behind the gun. The low-flash endcap rounds it out by knocking down muzzle flash, so your sight picture and night vision stay clean.
The rear of the can uses the industry standard HUB interface with 1.375×24 threads, and B&T includes a Taper HUB mount plus a RAID muzzle device in 5/8×24. That means it drops onto a .308 gas gun, AR-10, or bolt rifle out of the box, and you can swap in other HUB compatible mounts down the road if your collection grows. Wrench flats make installation and removal quick without any fuss.
