When you carry a compact Glock, your sights need to work as hard as you do, and the TRUGLO Tritium Pro set delivers exactly that. This is TRUGLO's PRO-level upgrade to their proven tritium line, adding a high-contrast orange FOCUS-LOCK ring around the front sight so your eye snaps to the front dot faster. During daylight you get a clean three-dot white sight picture, and once the lights drop, the Swiss tritium takes over and glows green with no batteries and no charging required.
The front sight uses green tritium wrapped in that orange outline for extra contrast, while the rear runs green tritium dots in a U-notch that makes lining things up quick and intuitive. The rear sight also has an angled leading edge, which gives you a solid surface to rack the slide one-handed against a belt or holster if you ever need to in an emergency. It's a small detail that matters when your other hand is occupied.
Both sights are machined from solid steel and coated in TRUGLO's Fortress Finish to fight off wear, sweat, and holster rub over the long haul. The set is assembled in the U.S.A. with genuine Swiss tritium, and it keeps a near-factory sight radius with a low, snag-free profile that clears most standard holsters. Tritium naturally dims over time, and TRUGLO backs the set with a 12-year limited warranty, so you're covered for the practical service life of the glow.
This particular set (part TG-TG231G3MC) is cut for the Glock 42 and Glock 43 MOS platforms. Because pistol sights are pressed into a tight dovetail, plan on having them installed by a gunsmith with a proper sight press to keep everything seated correctly and to protect the warranty. Once they're on, you've got a reliable, always-on sighting system for everyday carry and low-light readiness.
No. They run entirely on Swiss tritium, which glows on its own 24/7 without batteries or any light exposure. During the day they read as standard white-dot sights, and in low light the tritium lights up green automatically.
This specific set (part TG-TG231G3MC) is designed for the Glock 42 and Glock 43 MOS models. Always confirm your exact model before ordering, since sight cuts vary across the Glock lineup.
Pistol sights press into a tight dovetail, so the recommended route is having a gunsmith install them with a proper sight press. Installing them correctly protects both the sights and the warranty, and it ensures they're seated and zeroed the way they should be.
Tritium naturally decays over time, and these are backed by a 12-year limited warranty. In practice you can expect roughly a decade of usable glow, with the sight gradually getting dimmer rather than shutting off all at once.
