The P365 platform has always punched above its weight class for carry, but this Komodo Anime edition takes things in a completely different direction. Sig Sauer partnered with Shark Coast Tactical to build this one from the ground up as a custom piece, swapping the standard polymer frame for an aluminum Komodo grip module and dressing the whole package in a hand-drawn, cell-shaded anime design baked into the Cerakote finish. It is not a sticker or a wrap. The artwork is part of the gun.
The Shark Coast Tactical Komodo grip module is machined from aluminum rather than polymer, which gives the pistol a noticeably more rigid feel in the hand and adds some front-end weight that works in your favor when shooting. The module features laser-engraved stippling for grip texture that is both purposeful and aggressive enough to stay put under pressure. There is also a modified Picatinny rail built into the frame for attaching lights or accessories, something the standard P365X frame handles more modestly.
The 3.1-inch Zaffiri Precision threadless compensated barrel is one of the more functional upgrades on this build. Zaffiri's design uses a ball-vise locking system and works by redirecting gas to push muzzle rise down, which in testing has shown roughly a 33 to 35 percent reduction in muzzle flip across a range of ammunition. That translates directly to faster, more confident follow-up shots on a pistol that can already be a little snappy in stock form. No threaded barrel required, and the whole package stays compact.
The slide is custom-cut and optic-ready, so you can drop in a micro red dot whenever you are ready without sending it out for milling. Night sights come fitted from the factory for low-light use in the meantime. Two 17-round double-stack magazines are included, giving you solid capacity for a pistol this size.

The design is applied as part of the Cerakote finish rather than printed or applied as a skin, which gives it solid durability for everyday handling. Cerakote is well-regarded for its resistance to wear, corrosion, and impact in the firearms industry. That said, any finish will show some wear in high-contact areas over extended carry, so holster choice and how the gun is used will play a role.

This pistol ships with two 17-round double-stack magazines and is compatible with standard Sig Sauer P365X format magazines. The P365X uses the extended grip configuration, so standard 12-round P365 flush-fit magazines will not fully seat correctly, but higher-capacity P365 series magazines designed for the X grip length will work.
The Komodo Anime series is a special collaboration between Sig Sauer and Shark Coast Tactical, and availability has been limited compared to standard P365X models. It has been offered in multiple colorways including black, Dayglow Blue, Dayglow Green, and white, with each variant being its own SKU.
