Rost Martin came out of Dallas swinging with the RM1C, packing features you'd normally find on pistols costing quite a bit more into an American-made compact 9mm. This bundle version dresses it up in an olive drab green frame with a black slide, then sweetens the deal with a Viridian RFX11 green dot reflex sight, four magazines, and a Savior Specialist pistol bag. It's a complete setup, not just a gun in a cardboard box.
The 4-inch hammer-forged barrel and low bore axis give this pistol accuracy that surprises people the first time they run it. The trigger breaks clean at around five pounds with a short, tactile reset, and the flat-face design makes consistent finger placement easy. Rost Martin's Responsive Grip Texturing is the standout though. The laser stippling gets grippier the harder you squeeze, so it stays comfortable during long range sessions but locks in when you really bear down. Ambidextrous controls, deep front and rear slide serrations, anti-glare top serrations, and modular backstraps round out a frame that fits just about anyone. The Tenifer-treated slide shrugs off corrosion and holster wear, and a three-slot Picatinny rail handles your favorite light.
You get one flush-fit 15-round magazine for carry and three extended 17-round magazines for the range, which means less time loading and more time shooting. The Viridian RFX11 green dot mounts to the optics-ready slide, and the included metal RMR-pattern plate means you can swap to other popular red dots down the road if you want. The Savior Specialist bag keeps everything organized between trips.
Whether this is your first carry gun or an addition to a growing collection, the RM1C delivers real value backed by Rost Martin's lifetime warranty. For a newer company, they got an awful lot right on the first try, and this bundle is the easiest way to find out for yourself.
This bundle ships with four magazines total: one flush-fit 15-round mag and three extended 17-round mags. The flush mag keeps the grip compact for carry, while the 17-rounders give you a full grip and extra capacity at the range. That's a nice step up from the standard two-mag package.
Yes. The RM1C uses a metal adapter plate system, and this bundle includes an RMR-footprint plate. Rost Martin offers additional plates for most popular optic footprints through their website, so you're not locked into one brand or footprint down the road.
It sits right in the sweet spot of the compact class, similar in footprint to a Glock 19. At 7.1 inches long, 1.1 inches wide, and around 21 ounces, it carries comfortably with the flush 15-round mag while still giving you a full firing grip. The 4-inch barrel also makes it plenty capable as a range and home defense gun.
No, the RM1C keeps things simple with no manual thumb safety, relying on internal safeties like most modern striker-fired pistols. The trigger runs around five pounds with a clean break and short reset. Controls are ambidextrous, so lefties are covered on the slide stop and mag release.
