No, this model is chambered for .45 Colt only, sometimes called .45 Long Colt. .45 ACP is a rimless pistol cartridge that won't feed or headspace in this rifle. Rossi does make a separate R95 chambered in .454 Casull if you want more horsepower, but this particular rifle should only be fed .45 Colt ammunition.
The R92 is a Winchester 1892-pattern rifle with top ejection, while the R95 is built on a Marlin-style side-eject action with a solid receiver top.
