Built off the Revolution platform, it brings full .308 Winchester punch in a package that weighs about what a standard 5.56 carbine does, right around 6 pounds. This version pairs a 13.75 inch black nitride 4150 CrMoV barrel with a pinned and welded Dead Air Keymo muzzle brake, so you get a compact, quick-pointing rifle that still runs a proper rifle cartridge. The 1:10 twist with 5R rifling handles common .308 hunting and match loads without fuss.
POF loaded this thing with their in-house tech. The KeyLock direct impingement bolt carrier and anti-tilt buffer tube keep the carrier riding straight, and the E2 dual-extraction chamber uses a bit of gas pressure to help kick spent cases out cleanly. The 9-position Dictator adjustable gas block on the mid-length system is a big deal on a short-barreled .308, letting you dial the gun in for anything from light factory loads to suppressed shooting. Up top and down below, you get forged aluminum receivers with an integrated oversized trigger guard, plus a 4.5 pound single-stage drop-in trigger that breaks clean right out of the box.
Controls are genuinely ambidextrous, with an ambi safety and the Strike Eagle charging handle that works from either side. The free-floated Renegade M-LOK rail gives you room for lights, bipods, and QD sling swivels where you want them, and the oversized heat sink barrel nut pulls heat away from the chamber during longer strings. An MFT Minimalist stock and Engage V2 grip round out the furniture, all wrapped in a tough Patriot Brown Cerakote finish.
The Keymo brake means Dead Air suppressor owners can thread on a can with no extra hardware. Whether you want a lightweight hog and deer rig, a truck rifle with real reach, or just a .308 that will not wear you out, this one covers a lot of ground. It ships with a 20-round Magpul PMAG and is ready to work the day you pick it up.
Yes, and it is one of the best parts of this setup. The pinned and welded muzzle device is a Dead Air Keymo brake, so any Dead Air suppressor with a Keymo mount attaches directly with no adapters. The 9-position Dictator gas block also lets you turn the gas down to keep the rifle running smooth and soft when suppressed.
Right around 6 pounds, which is remarkably light for a semi-auto .308. Most rifles in this class come in between 8 and 10 pounds before you add an optic. POF pulled this off with a forged receiver set and smart engineering rather than aggressive lightening cuts, so it stays rigid and durable.
It gives you nine settings to control how much gas cycles the action. Short-barreled .308s can run overgassed with certain ammo, which means extra recoil and wear. Dialing the Dictator in for your specific load or suppressor makes the rifle noticeably softer shooting and easier on parts.
The 1:10 twist with 5R rifling is a great all-around rate for .308 Winchester. It stabilizes the common 150 to 175 grain bullet weights that cover most hunting and match loads. The nitride-treated 4150 CrMoV barrel holds up well to high round counts and rough field conditions too.
