Nosler took their popular SR-30ALTi, chopped two inches off the length, shaved two ounces of weight, and ended up with the SR-30K. The K stands for kurz, the German word for short, and that pretty much tells you the whole design philosophy. At 5.834 inches long and 7.2 ounces, this is a .30 caliber can built for people who carry their rifle a lot more than they shoot it, which describes just about every hunter we know.
The construction here is smart. The blast chamber and first baffle, the parts that take the real abuse, are titanium. The rest of the body and baffle stack is aluminum, which is where the weight savings come from. The blast chamber is also the serialized component, so if you ever have a baffle strike, Nosler can turn around a repair quickly instead of you starting over from scratch. The proprietary baffle stack squeezes around 21 decibels of average reduction out of a package this size, which is solid work for a compact can.
The SR-30K uses the same attachment system as the rest of Nosler's suppressor line, so you can run it direct thread on a 5/8×24 muzzle with the included adapter or mount it over a compatible brake. It handles popular .30 caliber cartridges like .308 Winchester, .300 Blackout, and 7.62×39, and it works great on smaller bores too if you want one can for a few rifles.
