Description

The P365 .380 ACP flush-fit magazine is built to the same exacting standards Sig Sauer applies to all their micro-compact offerings. As a factory OEM product, it's engineered to feed and function flawlessly in the P365 .380 platform while maintaining the ultra-slim profile that defines this pistol's carry appeal.

P365 .380 Magazine Design and Profile

This 10-round magazine sits completely flush with the grip module, leaving no protrusion. That matters if you're carrying in a pocket or appendix position, and it matters even more if concealment is your priority. The compact dimensions fit the P365's magwell with precision tolerances, so there's no rattle or movement once it's locked in place. The steel body is built to withstand regular use, and the removable floorplate makes field stripping and maintenance straightforward.

Compatibility Notes

This flush-fit magazine works exclusively with the standard P365 .380 ACP model. It won't fit the P365X, P365-XL, XMACRO, AXG, or FUSE variants. If you own one of those newer versions, you'll need their specific magazine variants. For the standard P365 .380, this is the magazine Sig Sauer ships with new pistols and recommends as the primary carry magazine.

Like all P365 .380 magazines, this one uses a shim insert and extended feed lips to properly handle the shorter .380 cartridge. The spring is stiff from the factory to maintain proper tension and feeding geometry, so expect it to require some break-in cycling before it reaches its most user-friendly state. Many owners report the magazine becomes easier to load by hand after some use and dry-fire practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this magazine work in my P365X or P365-XL?

No. This flush-fit magazine is designed specifically for the standard P365 .380 ACP and is not compatible with the P365X, P365-XL, XMACRO, AXG, or FUSE models. Those variants require their own magazine designs.

How many extra magazines should I keep on hand?

Most carry gun owners keep at least two spare magazines beyond what shipped with their pistol. Having multiple magazines lets you practice reload drills, gives you backup at the range, and ensures you always have a fresh mag while cleaning another. Some people keep four or five.

Is the magazine stiff when new?

Yes. P365 magazines come with stiff springs from the factory. This is by design to ensure consistent feeding, but it means the first rounds can be harder to load by hand. The magazine loader that comes with your P365 makes loading much easier, and the spring naturally loosens with use and dry-fire cycling.

Can I use the same loader as my 9mm P365 magazines?

The Maglula loader designed for single-stack .380 ACP magazines works with these P365 .380 mags. Many owners use the magazine loader that shipped with their P365 .380 pistol, which is caliber-specific and handles both the flush-fit and extended options.
