The Glock 48 earned its spot as a carry favorite by being slim, and the Liberator Mk II from LAG Tactical keeps it that way. This holster is pressure formed from 0.080 inch black Kydex, CNC cut and drilled for precision, then finished by hand before it leaves the shop. The result is a shell with clean edges and a fit that snaps your G48 in with a solid, audible click. Retention is adjustable with a single screw, so you can run it tight for active days or loosen it up for a smoother draw at the range.
Here is where this holster separates itself from most of the single-purpose rigs on the wall. The Liberator Mk II is fully ambidextrous and converts between inside the waistband and outside the waistband carry just by moving the hardware. Right hand, left hand, IWB, OWB, all from one shell. The included clip fits belts up to 1.75 inches wide, and cant is adjustable 15 degrees in either direction, so appendix, strong side, or behind the hip positions are all on the table. If you prefer to skip the belt clip entirely, the mounting pattern works with Ulti-Clips and other common attachment options, sold separately.
LAG molded this shell with a covered magazine release, a feature plenty of carriers appreciate after having a mag pop loose from an exposed button pressing against a seatbelt or car seat. The taco-style design keeps the overall footprint thin, which pairs nicely with the G48's slim frame for comfortable all-day wear.
Every Liberator Mk II is made in the USA and covered by LAG Tactical's lifetime warranty. For anyone who wants one holster that adapts to how they carry instead of forcing a single setup, this one covers a lot of ground without the custom shop wait.
Yes. This is one of its biggest selling points. The same shell converts between IWB and OWB carry by repositioning the clip hardware, and it works for both right and left handed carriers. You get four carry configurations out of one holster.
This model is molded specifically for the Glock 48, which has a longer slide and barrel than the 43X. A 43X will drop in but the extra length at the muzzle end means the fit is not purpose-built. LAG makes a dedicated 43X version, so we recommend matching the holster to your exact pistol for the best retention.
Retention is set with a screw near the trigger guard. Tighten it for a firmer hold or back it off for an easier draw. Cant adjusts up to 15 degrees in either direction through the clip mounting positions, so you can fine-tune the grip angle for appendix or strong side carry.
No. The mounting pattern is compatible with Ulti-Clips and other common attachment systems if you want a beltless or lower-profile setup. Just keep in mind those alternative clips are sold separately. The included clip handles belts up to 1.75 inches wide.
