This model 4007 is molded for the original Smith & Wesson M&P Shield in 9mm and .40 S&W, and it is a right-hand configuration. It is not designed for the Shield Plus, Shield EZ, or pistols with mounted lights, so double check which Shield you have before ordering. LAG makes other Defender fits if you carry a different pistol.
