The KRISS Vector CRB Gen 3 in 10mm pairs one of the most distinctive operating systems in the industry with a cartridge that has real authority. Instead of driving recoil straight back into your shoulder, the patented Super V system sends a low-mass slider downward behind the magazine well, redirecting blowback energy and counteracting muzzle rise. Add in a bore axis that sits below the trigger, roughly in line with your second knuckle, and you get a 10mm carbine that stays remarkably flat through fast strings of fire.
The third generation is the most refined Vector yet. The squared-off barrel shroud now carries M-LOK slots for lights and accessories, the upper and lower have been reworked for better ergonomics, and a full-length Picatinny top rail gives you plenty of room for optics alongside the included low-profile flip-up sights. The 16-inch 4140 chrome moly barrel wears a black nitride finish and comes threaded 9/16×24 for muzzle devices. The ambidextrous folding, telescoping stock collapses the whole package down for easy transport, and the ambi safety lever keeps controls friendly for lefties. It weighs in at 7.7 pounds and runs a closed-bolt, delayed blowback action with a single-stage pivoting trigger.
Feeding comes from full-size Glock 10mm pattern magazines, and this one ships with an extended 33-round mag in the box, so you can share mags with a G20 and stock up on spares without hunting for proprietary parts. The 10mm chambering gives this carbine legs that 9mm PCCs just do not have, with flatter trajectory and more energy out of the 16-inch tube, which makes it a fun choice for steel, pistol-caliber carbine matches, or just turning heads at the range.
