The trigger is a genuine BIX'N ANDY match unit, adjustable from 1 to 3 pounds, which is a component you normally see on custom builds rather than production hunting rifles. The 70 degree bolt throw keeps your hand clear of big objective scopes and speeds up follow-up shots, and the two-position safety is simple and positive. Feeding comes from a drop-box magazine holding 3 rounds plus one in the chamber, plenty for a magnum hunting rig.
