Trap is where it shines, since the high point of impact and 30 inch barrels are tailored for rising targets. You can certainly shoot skeet or sporting clays with it, though the elevated pattern takes some getting used to on crossing and dropping birds. If you mostly shoot trap and dabble elsewhere, it will handle the job just fine.
