The heart of this rifle is a 13.9 inch Criterion barrel in 4150 CMV with a nitride finish, hand-lapped and chambered in .223 Wylde with a 1:8 twist so it shoots both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO with match-grade consistency. ADM's CORE contour was designed to improve balance and heat dissipation over traditional profiles, and it shows in how lively this gun feels on the move. The Surefire Warcomp is pinned and welded to bring the whole package to a 16 inch overall length, which means you get the handling of a shorty in a standard rifle configuration, and you're already set up for a Surefire SOCOM series suppressor down the road.
ADM didn't cheap out where your hands land. You get a Geissele G2S two-stage trigger, Magpul MOE grip, Magpul MOE SL stock, and a free-float M-LOK handguard with plenty of real estate for lights and lasers. Yes. The .223 Wylde chamber is a hybrid design that safely handles both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO pressures while delivering better accuracy than a standard 5.56 chamber. Paired with the 1:8 twist Criterion barrel, it stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights, roughly 55 to 77 grain, so you can run cheap plinking ammo and match loads through the same gun.
ADM's patented billet receiver design adds a bolt catch and release lever on the right side and a magazine release on the left, in addition to the Talon ambidextrous safety selector. That means both left and right-handed users can lock the bolt, drop mags, and work the safety without repositioning their firing hand. The Raptor ambidextrous charging handle completes the setup.

The pinned Surefire Warcomp doubles as a mount for Surefire SOCOM series suppressors, so if you run one of those cans you can attach it directly with no gunsmithing. The Warcomp also does a nice job taming flash and muzzle movement when shooting unsuppressed. ADM offers other muzzle device options on different SKUs, but this model ships with the Warcomp.
