The R3D 2.0 is XS Sights' second-generation take on the classic notch-and-post night sight, and this set is cut specifically for the CZ P10 Optics Ready. The front sight pairs a Swiss-made tritium vial with the company's photoluminescent orange Glow Dot, so it charges off ambient light during the day and glows on its own when the lights go out. The rear carries two tritium lamps to keep everything lined up, and the whole thing is built around one simple goal: keeping your eye locked on the front sight when it counts.
The big changes here are in the rear sight. XS went with larger, brighter tritium vials than the first-gen R3D, which makes low-light alignment easier without letting the rear dots outshine the front. The rear is serrated and blacked out to cut glare, and the 0.170-inch wide notch leaves plenty of daylight on either side of the front post for faster pickup in poor lighting. There's also a rear ledge built in so you can rack the slide one-handed off a belt or holster if you ever need to.
These are the taller suppressor-height version, with the front sight at 0.385 inches and the rear at 0.455 inches. That extra height is what lets them clear a suppressor and co-witness through a mounted red dot. Worth measuring your specific plate and optic combo first, since not every setup will line up the same way. This set fits the Optics Ready P10 and will not work on the non-OR models.
Every XS sight is CNC-machined from solid steel bar stock in their Fort Worth shop, then treated with a BlackNitride finish that resists rust and wear better than standard black oxide. The steel body acts like a spring in the dovetail, so once they're seated they stay put through drops and recoil. Install is straightforward with a sight pusher or a hammer and punch, and the 2.0 design was tweaked to require less force going in.
This set is cut specifically for the CZ P10 Optics Ready. It will not fit the non-OR versions, so make sure your slide is the optics-ready cut before ordering.

Orange gives you the best contrast in bright daylight while still glowing at night, which a lot of folks prefer for an all-around carry setup. Green tends to be the brightest option in true low light. Both use the same tritium and Glow Dot system, so it comes down to which color your eye picks up fastest.
