The 26-inch button-rifled barrel is fully free-floated with a recessed target crown, and the extra length helps the .338 Win Mag burn its powder charge for full velocity. The M.O.A. Trigger System uses polished, hardened steel components for a clean, predictable break with zero takeup, which matters a lot when you get one chance at a bull at last light.
Nobody will tell you the .338 is a soft shooter, but the Inflex Technology recoil pad does real work directing comb movement down and away from your face, taking the sting out of practice sessions. The matte black synthetic stock shrugs off weather and rough handling, sling swivel studs come installed, and the detachable single-stack box magazine holds three rounds with one more in the chamber.
