Yes, this model has a 3 inch chamber, so it runs both 2-3/4 and 3 inch loads. That gives you enough payload for ducks and geese while keeping the softer shooting manners of a 20 gauge. The Inflex recoil pad helps tame the stouter magnum loads too.
It is. The Invector-Plus choke system is rated for steel and other non-toxic shot, which is exactly what this gun was built for. As with any shotgun, stick to Modified or more open chokes with steel and save the Full tube for lead or bismuth type loads.
