Yes, it has a 3 inch chamber, so it handles everything from 2.75 inch target loads up to 3 inch magnum hunting loads. The magazine holds four 2.75 inch shells, and the Inflex recoil pad helps tame the heavier stuff. That range makes it just as useful for late season pheasants as it is for a casual round of clays.
It ships with three flush-fit Invector-Plus choke tubes: Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder. Combined with the back-bored barrel, that trio covers close flushes over a dog, mid-range work, and longer shots without buying anything extra. Any Invector-Plus tube will thread in if you want more options down the road.
It is more accommodating than most. The crossbolt safety is reversible, so a gunsmith or a handy owner can set it up for left-handed use. The pump action itself is ambidextrous by nature, so lefties mainly deal with ejection to the right side, which most southpaw pump gun users never notice in the field.
