This is the genuine factory magazine for the Walther PPS M1 Classic chambered in 9mm. Built to Walther's specifications from heat-treated steel with a protective black finish, it delivers the durability and reliability you need whether you're running the range or carrying daily. The magazine holds 6 rounds and sits flush with the grip bottom, giving you the most discreet concealment profile possible for this platform.
The 6-round capacity represents a practical balance between ammunition capacity and concealability. Many PPS M1 owners run this as their dedicated carry magazine and keep 7 or 8-round mags as backups when they want a full hand grip. The flush-fit design means your pistol maintains its slim, snag-free profile in the holster without any magazine protrusion.
Internally, you'll find precision-machined feed lips that lock rounds in place without wobble, paired with a high-tensile steel spring and injection-molded anti-tilt polymer follower. This combination ensures smooth, reliable feeding through different ammo types and shooting conditions. Side-facing witness holes let you see your round count at a glance, and the polymer baseplate removes easily if you ever need to detail-strip for cleaning. Everything about this magazine is engineered for the paddle mag release system that makes the PPS M1 unique.
Note that this magazine is designed specifically for PPS M1 Classic models and is not compatible with the newer PPS M2.
No. This is a PPS M1 Classic magazine and is not compatible with PPS M2 models. The two generations have different dimensions and magazine feed systems. If you own a PPS M2, you'll need PPS M2-specific magazines.
Yes. At 6 rounds, this is the smallest capacity magazine available for the PPS M1 Classic. It's designed for maximum concealment when carrying inside the waistband. Walther also makes 7 and 8-round extended magazines if you want a full grip or more firepower.
Absolutely. The precision-machined feed lips and polymer follower are designed to reliably feed standard 9mm ammunition across different weights and bullet types, from full metal jacket range rounds to hollow-point defensive loads.
Look at the side-facing witness holes on the magazine body. They let you see exactly how many rounds are loaded without taking the magazine out of the gun or opening it up.
No. This is a factory OEM magazine made to Walther's specifications. It's ready to use out of the box without any special break-in. Just load it up and go.
When the magazine sits flush with the grip bottom, your PPS M1 maintains a slim profile that's less likely to print through clothing. There's no extra mag protrusion bouncing against your ribs or showing outline in your waistband.
