No, this extension is specifically designed for the P365 X-Macro 17-round magazine only. Earlier P365 and P365 XL models have different magazine geometry and won't accept this extension. If your magazine is a 17-round model, you're good to go, but lower-capacity magazines with flanges that fold inward won't be compatible.
The Tyrant extension includes a power spring to ensure reliable feeding, but occasionally P365 magazines manufactured on earlier production dates came with weaker OEM springs. If your magazine is from an earlier batch, the included power spring should help, but if the original spring is too weak, you may want to contact the manufacturer or consider a fresh spring.
