The Stingray Carry is part of Tisas's Concealment Series, and it shows. This is a Commander-size 1911 built specifically with carry in mind, not just a chopped-down range gun. The 4.25-inch cold-hammer-forged barrel sits inside a forged carbon steel slide with front and rear serrations, finished in a matte black Cerakote. The frame is machined aluminum wearing a dark gray Cerakote finish, giving the whole pistol a clean two-tone look that holds up well to regular use.
The standout feature on this pistol is the Ed Brown Bobtail cut on the mainspring housing. That rounded, bobbed profile at the heel of the grip makes a real difference for concealed carry since it tucks under a cover garment more naturally and eliminates the sharp corner that can print or dig into your side.
