Description
Taurus took its popular GX4 Carry and teamed up with Strike Industries to build something a little different. The GX4 Strike Bravo drops the proven 9mm platform into a dedicated chassis and adds the Strike Industries FSA Single Stabilizer, which gives you a longer length of pull and more surface contact on the rear. The payoff is better control and tighter follow-up shots without losing the compact feel the GX4 is known for.
This version ships with two 10-round magazines and keeps the features that make the Strike Bravo so flexible. The 3.7-inch stainless barrel wears a 1/2×28 thread pitch, so it's ready for a suppressor or muzzle device whenever you want one. Up top, the T.O.R.O. optic-ready slide lets you mount most micro red dots, and factory fixed white-dot front and drift-adjustable rear sights have you covered right out of the box. A reversible charging handle makes manipulation easy for lefties or righties, and the MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail gives you a home for a light or laser.
What the Strike Bravo Chassis Brings to the Table
The real story here is the co-engineered chassis and modular grip system. It was built specifically to run the Strike Industries folding stabilizer, and the rear of the chassis includes a section of Picatinny rail if you ever want to swap to a different brace setup. Folded up, the whole package shrinks down to around 10 inches, which makes it easy to stash in a bag or pack.
GX4 Strike Bravo Built on a Familiar Platform
Since it's built on the GX4 Carry, the Strike Bravo stays compatible with existing GX4 magazines, basepads, and barrels. That means if you already run a GX4, your accessories carry right over. It's a single-action-only striker-fired design with a flat-faced trigger, a striker block, trigger safety, and a visual loaded chamber indicator rounding out the safety features. For folks who want a controllable 9mm that can reach out a little further than a standard handgun, the GX4 Strike Bravo hits a nice sweet spot between compact and capable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Taurus GX4 Strike Bravo barrel threaded?
Yes, the GX4 Strike Bravo comes with a 1/2×28 threaded 3.7-inch stainless barrel. That standard pitch lets you add most 9mm suppressors or muzzle devices without any extra adapters. It's ready to run cans right out of the box.
Can I mount a red dot on the GX4 Strike Bravo?
The slide is T.O.R.O. (Taurus Optics Ready Option), so it's cut to accept most popular micro red dots. You'll want to match your optic's footprint to the included plate system. It also has factory iron sights with a white-dot front, so you can shoot it as-is while you source an optic.
Does the Strike Bravo use standard GX4 magazines?
It does. The Strike Bravo is built on the GX4 Carry platform and stays compatible with existing GX4 magazines, basepads, and barrels. This particular package ships with two 10-round magazines.
What makes the Strike Bravo different from a regular GX4?
The big difference is the Strike Industries co-engineered chassis and the FSA Single Stabilizer brace mounted to the rear. That setup adds length of pull and more contact area, which translates to steadier shooting and tighter follow-ups at distance. A reversible charging handle and extended accessory rail round out the upgrades.
