Strike's latchless charging handles solve a lot of problems, but the trade-off is a smaller surface to get your fingers on. The ISO Tab fixes that. This little red aluminum extension bolts right onto the handle and gives you a wider, aggressively textured grip so you can rack the bolt cleanly whether you're wearing gloves, running a big optic that crowds the rear of the receiver, or just want a more positive pull under pressure.
The tab is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, so it holds up to hard use while barely registering on the scale. It carries a slight tilt once installed, which makes engagement feel more natural and gives your fingers something to catch instead of skating off a flat surface. The red hardcoat anodizing does double duty here too, adding a pop of color to your build while making the handle easier to spot and grab in low light. Each tab widens the handle by roughly a third of an inch per side, a subtle change that makes a real difference when you're moving fast.
One of the nice things about the ISO Tab is flexibility. You can mount a single tab on one side, or add a second to run it fully ambidextrous. The tabs are interchangeable and drop onto either side of the handle, so you set it up to match how you shoot. Folks with larger hands, glove users, and anyone with a crowded rail tend to appreciate the extra real estate the most.
