The slide wears a bold Tiger Stripe Camo pattern in Cerakote, a coating known for its resistance to wear, corrosion, and the general abuse that comes with regular carry. Springfield stacked three passive safety features into this platform: a grip safety that has to be fully depressed to fire, the USA (Ultra Safety Assurance) Action Trigger System with its articulated safety lever, and an internal firing pin block.
