The kit comes with Spike's own Pro Grip, an A2-style pistol grip, along with the 1/4×28 Allen cap screw and star lock washer to mount it. If you'd rather run a different grip, you can swap it out and reuse the hardware. Nothing about the kit locks you into the included grip.
