The X-Five Nightmare is the blacked-out, single-action-only member of the new XSeries XFIVE family, and it's built around one job: putting rounds on target fast and consistently.
The heart of this gun is the Nitron XSeries SIG-LOC optic-ready slide riding over a 5-inch carbon steel bull barrel. That barrel and the all-steel Nitron-finished frame give the Nightmare real heft, which is exactly what you want for taming recoil and steadying a fast string of fire. The fully adjustable AX3 flat trigger is single-action-only, so you get a crisp, clean break that you can tune for take-up and overtravel to match your preference. Up front there's a fiber optic sight, paired with a removable, adjustable rear target sight that comes off when you're ready to direct-mount a red dot using the SIG-LOC PRO footprint.

You get a flat trigger instead of the curved skeletonized shoe, E-Nickel controls and trigger components that add corrosion resistance plus a sharp visual contrast against the black, and Custom Hogue G10 Nightmare grip panels with an integrated magwell. An extended XSeries slide catch and a takedown lever that doubles as a gas pedal round out the controls.
