The ROSE program is one of the smarter things SIG has done in years. Built in collaboration with Lena Miculek, a world champion shooter who has taught women of every skill level across the country, ROSE is a complete package rather than just a pistol in a cardboard box. At the center of it is the P365XL ROSE Comp, a special edition of the pistol that changed the concealed carry market, dressed up with a laser engraved ROSE grip module and matte rose gold controls on the trigger, safety, slide catch, and takedown lever. It looks sharp without being loud about it.
The headline feature here is the compensator machined directly into the slide. Instead of hanging extra hardware off the muzzle, SIG ports the slide itself to vent gas upward, cutting muzzle flip and felt recoil noticeably. On a 20.7 ounce micro-compact, that matters. Follow-up shots come back on target faster and long range sessions stay comfortable, which is a big reason this model gets recommended to newer shooters so often. The X-Series flat trigger, 3.1 inch barrel, and X-RAY3 day/night sights with glowing tritium inserts round out a genuinely shootable little 9mm, and the slide is cut for a red dot if you want to run one down the road. It also fits standard P365XL holsters, so carry options are everywhere.

That translates to faster, more controlled follow-up shots, and it tends to shine with 124 grain 9mm loads. Since nothing hangs off the muzzle, the pistol stays the same size as a standard P365XL.
Yes. The compensator is built into the slide rather than added onto the barrel, so overall dimensions match the regular P365XL. Any holster made for the P365XL will work, which gives you a huge range of carry options right out of the gate.
You can. The slide is cut for optics using the Shield RMSc footprint, so it accepts the SIG ROMEOZero Elite and other micro red dots that share that pattern. The included X-RAY3 day/night sights work great on their own too, with tritium inserts that glow in low light.
