When Sig rolled out the P365 X-MACRO Comp, it changed what people expect from a carry gun. The trick is the new steel magazine design paired with the Macro grip module, which gives you a full grip with no dangling pinky and no bulky double-stack width to print through a shirt.

Instead of a bolt-on comp hanging off the muzzle, Sig ported the slide and barrel assembly itself, venting gas upward to fight muzzle flip. The Macro grip module includes a full 1913 accessory rail up front, so mounting a light is no problem, and it ships with small, medium, and large backstraps to dial in the fit for your hand. Front and rear slide serrations give you plenty to grab for press checks and reloads, and the flat trigger breaks clean with a comfortable reach. Holster support is everywhere thanks to how popular this platform has become.
Sig includes two 17-round steel magazines, so you are carrying 35 rounds between the gun and a spare mag. It runs the same proven fire control unit as the rest of the P365 family, built in Newington, New Hampshire. For anyone who wants duty-gun capacity and shootability in a pistol that disappears under a t-shirt, this one is tough to beat.
