The serrated slide comes cut for optics using the Shield RMSc footprint, so mounting a ROMEOZero Elite or similar micro red dot is a simple bolt-on job. Until then, the included XRAY3 day/night sights give you a bright, easy-to-pick-up sight picture in any light. A manual thumb safety adds a deliberate extra step that a lot of first-time carriers appreciate.

Yes. The P365-380 uses the same grip module and fire control unit as the 9mm P365, so it fits existing P365 holsters and accepts most P365 accessories like grip modules and triggers. Just note that magazines are caliber-specific, so stick with .380 P365 mags.
This version does. It comes with a frame-mounted manual thumb safety finished in the same rose gold as the rest of the controls. A lot of newer carriers like having that extra deliberate step, though it should always work alongside safe handling habits, not replace them.
