The P365 Fuse is SIG's answer to a question a lot of serious carry folks have been asking for years: why do I have to choose between a slim, concealable gun and one that holds enough ammo to matter? The Fuse bridges that gap with a 4.3" carbon steel barrel, a 6 7/8" optic-ready slide, and a grip module that stays just one inch wide despite housing a 21-round magazine. It carries like a compact and shoots like something much bigger.
The longer barrel isn't just for looks. Compared to the standard P365's 3.1" tube, the Fuse's 4.3" barrel gives defensive loads more time to build velocity, which translates to better terminal performance from today's hollow points. The extended slide also stretches the sight radius out to six inches, which makes the iron sights more forgiving at speed. Throw in the nickel-plated flat-faced trigger, undercut trigger guard, and the LXG laser-engraved grip texture, and this is a pistol that rewards good fundamentals.
This isn't just a standard Fuse with a paint job. Shark Coast Tactical applies a genuine two-tone tan Cerakote finish that adds real-world corrosion and abrasion resistance to a gun that may spend every day against your body. The tan and black contrast also gives it a distinctive look without being over-the-top. The slide is cut for the Shield RMSc optic footprint right out of the box, so adding a micro red dot is a straight drop-in with no adapter plates needed. Fiber optic front and serrated black rear sights come standard and co-witness naturally with most compact optics.
The three-magazine bundle is genuinely useful. Two 21-rounders and one flush-fit 17-rounder give you options depending on how you're carrying that day. A lot of people will run the 17 in the gun for a slightly shorter profile and pocket the 21s as reloads. The removable magwell on the grip module makes those mag changes fast and positive. Backstraps in small, medium, and large are included so you can dial in the fit. The 1913 accessory rail up front handles lights and lasers without any adapters.
The Fuse is the largest and highest-capacity model in the P365 family. It runs a 4.3" barrel, which is longer than both the original P365 (3.1") and the P365 XL (3.7"), and ships with 21-round magazines that are unique to the Fuse platform. The LXG grip module and removable magwell are also features you don't get on the standard P365 variants.
No, the P365 Fuse does not include a manual safety. SIG designed the Fuse to rely on its internal safeties and striker-fired trigger system. If a manual safety is something you need, this isn't the right configuration.
The slide is cut for the Shield RMSc footprint, which is one of the most widely supported micro red dot patterns in the carry market. That means you can mount optics from SIG, Holosun, Swampfox, Vortex, Burris, and several others without any adapter plate. It's a true direct-mount setup.
Not directly. The Fuse has a longer slide and different overall dimensions compared to the standard P365, so holsters made specifically for the original P365 won't be the right fit. You'll want to look for holsters listed specifically for the P365 Fuse or P365 XF. Many popular holster makers support the Fuse at this point, so you have solid options.
Cerakote is a polymer-ceramic coating applied by Shark Coast Tactical that bonds to the metal surfaces of the firearm. It provides meaningful resistance to corrosion, moisture, and abrasion compared to a bare metal finish, which matters a lot on a gun you're wearing all day against your skin and clothing. The two-tone tan and black color scheme is a visual bonus on top of a coating that has real functional value.
Absolutely, and that's actually a common setup. The 17-round magazine sits flush with the grip frame and gives the Fuse a slightly more manageable profile for daily carry. The two 21-rounders that come in the box work great as spares or for range use when print and profile are less of a concern.
