The sleeve simply slides over the pouch, so as long as your pouch is a standard single magazine size, it should fit. Check your specific pouch dimensions if you're unsure, but most commonly available single pouches will work.
The sleeve is rated for 4 rounds of 12-gauge shells. The 1-inch heavy poly elastic is tight enough to keep rounds secure but allows smooth draws. Some users report the elastic is snug when fully loaded, so you may find 3 rounds easier to manage for repeated access during extended use, but 4 rounds will fit as designed.
