A weight-optimizing window cut takes some mass off the slide, and the multi-footprint optic cut accepts most major mini red dot sights directly, no adapter plates, no intervening hardware. The mounting system uses wedges and strategically placed screw holes so your dot sits low and locks in solid. A tritium front night sight comes installed from the factory and co-witnesses with your optic, giving you an iron backup when you need it.
The frame is where Shadow Systems really separates itself. Interchangeable backstraps let you dial in the grip angle to match your natural point of aim, an extended beavertail keeps your hand high for better recoil control, and a deep trigger guard undercut lets even larger hands get a full purchase on the grip.
