The Sharps Gen3 P365 grip is a complete reimagining of what your carry gun can feel like. Built from precision-machined billet 7075-T6 aluminum with a durable mil-spec black anodized finish, this module replaces your factory grip and instantly transforms the shooting experience. The Brazilian cherry wood panels add visual appeal while delivering real functionality—better grip security and a professional appearance you'll appreciate every time you draw.
The Gen3 represents a serious generational jump in grip design. Sharps focused this version entirely on what actually matters when you're shooting: how the gun fits in your hand. The updated trigger-guard geometry includes an undercut and finger grooves that let you achieve a higher, more secure grip without stretching your hand. Ambidextrous thumb ledges on both sides give you a natural indexing point regardless of which hand you favor, making recoil management noticeably easier on follow-up shots. The wider profile (1.3 inches vs. the OEM's 1.1 inches) gives you a more robust feel without compromising the gun's concealability.
Every detail shows the attention to detail that separates custom work from mass production. The redesigned steel lug system is more robust than the previous generation, and the integrated mag funnel provisions mean you can add accessories down the road. The added weight compared to polymer—roughly 3 ounces more—actually works in your favor when you're shooting, helping to reduce felt recoil and keep the gun tracking flat through multiple shots. That small amount of weight is barely noticeable when carried, but it makes a measurable difference at the range or in a defensive situation.
Notes: Magazine release assembly not included with this grip module. You'll reuse your existing mag release or purchase one separately. Most existing Kydex holsters may need minor heat reforming to fit the integrated thumb ledges.
This standard P365 Gen3 module fits the original P365 and accepts 10-round magazines. However, any P365 slide—including P365X, P365XL, or P365 X-Macro slides—is compatible with this grip module, so you have flexibility if you upgrade your slide down the road. It will not work with manual safety fire control units.
Most existing Kydex holsters will require minor heat reforming due to the integrated ambidextrous thumb ledges. Many kydex holster makers have adapted designs specifically for this grip, and you can often heat and shape standard holsters to fit. Alternatively, Sharps Bros lists compatible holster options on their website.
You get the grip module itself with the Brazilian cherry panels. The magazine release assembly is not included—you'll reuse the one from your factory grip or purchase a new SIG OEM P365 mag release separately. No other internal components are provided.
The Gen3 adds roughly 3 ounces compared to the OEM polymer grip, bringing the total module weight to around 4.3 ounces. While holstered, this extra weight is barely noticeable. When shooting, however, those few extra ounces meaningfully reduce felt recoil and help keep the gun flatter during follow-up shots, giving you better control and faster target reacquisition.
