Most shotguns make you pick a lane. The SDS Imports Duo-Sys Force doesn't. This Turkish-built 12 gauge is a true hybrid, letting you run it as an inertia-driven semi-auto when you're feeding it full-power buckshot and slugs, then switch over to pump action when you want to burn through light target loads or less-lethal rounds that a gas or inertia gun would never cycle. That kind of flexibility is the whole point here, and it makes this one of the more interesting defensive shotguns you'll find at this end of the market.
The 19 inch barrel is threaded for choke tubes, and SDS includes three of them: Cylinder, Modified, and Full. That means you can pattern it wide open for close-in work, tighten things up for clays, or screw in the Full choke and stretch your shot out. The 3 inch chamber handles magnum loads, and the 5+1 capacity keeps plenty on tap. Up top, an adjustable ghost ring sight sits on a Picatinny rail, so you get a fast, combat-style sight picture right out of the box with the option to mount a red dot whenever you're ready.
The steel receiver wears a matte black finish, and the fixed synthetic stock with its rubber finger-groove pistol grip gives you real control when you're running the gun fast. The ribbed forend locks your support hand in place, and the whole package shrugs off weather and neglect the way good synthetic furniture should. Nothing here needs babying.

Semi-auto is the way to go with full-power defensive loads and slugs, while pump mode lets you reliably run light target loads, reduced-recoil shells, and specialty ammo that semi-autos typically won't cycle on their own.
Yes. The receiver wears a Picatinny rail, so most micro red dots and reflex sights with a Pic-rail mount will bolt right on. The adjustable ghost ring rear sight comes installed from the factory, so you have a solid sighting setup even before adding an optic.
Inertia systems like this one want some energy to work with, so stick to high-brass, full-power loads like standard buckshot and slugs when running semi-auto. For light 2.75 inch birdshot and target loads, just flip it to pump mode and it will cycle anything you feed it. The 3 inch chamber also handles magnum shells.
