You can. The AccuStock uses Savage's AccuFit system, which includes interchangeable inserts to change length of pull between roughly 12.75 and 13.75 inches, plus risers to adjust comb height. That lets you set the rifle up properly for your build and your scope without buying an aftermarket stock.
No iron sights or optic are included, but the receiver ships with a one-piece 20 MOA Picatinny rail already mounted. The canted rail gives you extra elevation adjustment, which is handy when stretching 6.5 PRC past 1,000 yards. Just add rings and glass and you are ready to zero.
