No. The LCP Max uses a wider, staggered-stack design that is not compatible with the single-stack LCP or LCP II. The magazine body is physically wider and will not fit those earlier models. Make sure you have an LCP Max specifically before ordering.
The magazine ships with a flush-fit floorplate installed, but the 12-round capacity does require a slightly longer magazine body compared to the 10-round flush mag. It adds a small grip extension at the base of the gun, which is exactly where a pinky extension would sit. It is not a drastic protrusion, but it will add a small amount of height compared to the stock 10-round magazine.
