This 14.5 inch version comes with a Dead Air flash hider pinned and welded to bring the overall length to 16 inches, so you get that shorter, quicker handling package without any extra paperwork on your end. The barrel is match-grade 416R stainless steel with a polished crown and feed ramps, chambered in .223 Wylde so it shoots both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO with accuracy neither chamber gives up on its own. A mid-length gas system keeps the recoil impulse smooth, and an H2 buffer rounds out a setup that runs soft and stays flat.
Radian did not bolt ambi controls onto a standard lower, they machined the whole thing around them. The 7075-T6 billet lower carries the Talon 45/90 safety selector and the patented A-DAC system, which lets right-handed users lock the bolt back without ever leaving the fire control. Up top you get the Raptor-SD charging handle, a suppressor-optimized version of the charging handle half the industry copied, plus a lightweight forward assist and a black nitride M16 bolt carrier group.
