The ProMag GLK12 gives you a dependable 6-round capacity magazine purpose-built for the Glock 43. Built from DuPont Zytel polymer with a full-length steel internal insert, this mag delivers lightweight construction without cutting corners on durability. The steel-reinforced design supports consistent feeding through its reinforced geometry, while an injection-molded polymer follower and heat-treated chrome silicon spring handle the mechanical work.
This polymer-and-steel combo keeps weight down for pocket carry or appendix carry while the internal steel lining adds rigidity where it matters most at the feed lips. The spring is precision-formed from heat-treated chrome silicon wire, the same approach ProMag uses across their lineup. Everything is assembled and manufactured in the USA, and the mag comes with ProMag's lifetime warranty against defects.
The GLK12 maintains a factory-style profile so it fits how your 43 was designed to carry. The 6-round capacity matches the standard for the platform, giving you a true-to-spec spare or replacement. Like any new magazine with a stiff spring, some folks find the first few loading sessions require a bit of effort, but this typically softens with use and normal handling.
Whether you're building a backup magazine set for the range or keeping a spare on hand for carry rotation, this magazine delivers straightforward performance without the extra bulk.
This magazine is designed specifically for the Glock 43, which uses a single-stack design. The Glock 43X and 48 use different slimline staggered-column magazines and are not compatible. Make sure you have a standard Glock 43 before purchasing.
New magazines with fresh springs can feel tight when loading those final rounds, and this one is no exception. Using a magazine loader makes the job easier, and the spring will soften up after normal handling and use. Some users find it helpful to seat a few rounds for a day or two before pushing for the full six.
Every ProMag magazine comes backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If you experience a genuine manufacturing issue, you can contact ProMag to arrange a replacement. This gives you confidence in your backup magazines.
Yes, the GLK12 features numbered witness holes on the side of the magazine that let you see your round count at a glance without removing the magazine. This is handy during training or when managing your carry rotation.
