Description

Precision Armament built the TiTrex 360Ti for people who hate owning a rack of single-purpose cans. This one covers a huge spread of calibers, from 9mm pistols and PCCs through bolt guns, lever guns, and AR-platform rifles up to .358, all on a single titanium core. The .36 bore strikes a nice balance between quieting things down and keeping back pressure manageable on gas guns, and at 7.2 ounces in body form it won't throw off the balance of a light rifle. It's magnum rated up to .300 RUM with no barrel length restrictions, so you're not stuck babying it.

What Makes the TiTrex 360Ti Different

The headline feature is X-CORE Exchangeable Core Technology. Instead of a welded can that eventually wears out and needs destructive repair, the TiTrex is built around a reusable serialized Xband housing that holds a swappable core. When the core wears or when Precision Armament rolls out a better design down the road, you replace the core and keep the same serialized foundation. The Xband is 17-4 stainless, H900 heat treated, while the Grade 5 titanium core (Ti-6Al-4V) carries the Dark-Ti finish.

Inside the TiTrex 360Ti Core

The baffle stack is where the engineering gets interesting. Precision Armament uses what they call NURBS, short for Non-Uniform Reconvergent Baffle Stack, a 3D-printed baffle architecture produced through DMLS metal printing. The shape itself does the work of managing gas and sound, with no vents or bypass ducts, which is why it can't be machined the traditional way. The payoff is lower sound pressure and minimal first-round pop.

Fitment and Mounting on the TiTrex 360Ti

The can measures 5.9 inches in body length and 1.65 inches in diameter, running 6.2 inches with the mount and front cap installed. It uses the industry-standard HUB interface at 1.375×24, so it plays nice with a wide range of aftermarket mounts, and the front cap threads follow the Bravo pattern. That modularity means you can tune it to each host and keep it current for years.

Frequently Asked Questions

What calibers does the TiTrex 360Ti cover?

It's a multi-caliber can rated for anything from 9mm up through .358, which puts pistols, PCCs, sub-guns, AR-platform rifles, bolt guns, and lever guns all in play. The .36 bore keeps back pressure in check on gas-operated hosts while still quieting things down. It's magnum rated to .300 RUM with no barrel length restrictions.

What is the X-CORE system on the TiTrex 360Ti?

X-CORE is Precision Armament's weld-free exchangeable core technology. The serialized part is a reusable 17-4 stainless Xband housing, and the actual titanium baffle core drops in and out of it. If the core ever wears or a new design comes along, you swap the core and keep the same serialized foundation rather than buying a whole new suppressor.

How much does the TiTrex 360Ti weigh and how long is it?

The body alone comes in at 7.2 ounces and 5.9 inches, and it runs about 9.2 ounces and 6.2 inches once you add the mount and front cap. The diameter is 1.65 inches. That light titanium build makes it a good fit for ultralight rifle setups where you don't want a heavy can hanging off the muzzle.

Does the TiTrex 360Ti use a standard mount?

Yes. It uses the industry-standard HUB interface at 1.375×24, so it works with a wide range of aftermarket mounting options. The front cap follows the Bravo pattern, and it ships with a titanium direct thread mount in 5/8×24.
