Most .308 ARs make you pay for the extra horsepower in weight and bulk. The Rogue doesn't. POF set out to build the lightest .308 semi-auto on the market and pulled it off without carving the receivers full of skeletonized cuts. Forged uppers and lowers, a trimmed barrel profile, and the slim Renegade rail bring this rifle in at 6.1 pounds and 34 inches overall. That's lighter than plenty of 5.56 carbines hanging on the wall, and it swings and shoulders like one too.
The 13.75 inch barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a black nitride treatment, cut with a 1:10 twist and 5R rifling. POF pins and welds the Dead Air KeyMo brake to bring the barrel to 16.1 inches total, and that brake is the real bonus here. It tames muzzle rise on its own, and when you're ready to run quiet, it doubles as a mount for Dead Air Sandman and other KeyMo-compatible suppressors. No extra hardware to buy, just thread on your can and go. The mid-length gas system pairs with POF's 9-position Dictator adjustable gas block, so you can dial the rifle in for suppressed or unsuppressed shooting and keep it running smooth either way.
The KeyLock direct impingement bolt carrier group uses a roller cam pin for smoother cycling, and E2 dual extraction helps kick spent brass out reliably even when things get dirty. The single-stage drop-in trigger breaks at a clean 4.5 pounds with anti-walk pins holding everything in place. Controls are set up for either hand, with an ambidextrous selector and POF's ambi charging handle. The 13 inch Renegade rail gives you M-LOK real estate on three sides plus QD sling points, and the oversized heatsink barrel nut pulls heat off the barrel during longer strings. A Mission First Tactical stock and a 20-round Magpul PMAG round out the package. Yes, and that's one of the best parts of this setup. The pinned KeyMo brake works as a direct mount for Dead Air Sandman series suppressors and any other can built for the KeyMo system. The taper seal design also keeps carbon from locking the suppressor onto the mount, so it comes off cleanly when you're done.

It does. The mid-length gas system uses POF's 9-position Dictator adjustable gas block, which lets you tune gas flow for different ammo or for running a suppressor. Dialing the gas back when shooting suppressed cuts down on excess blowback and keeps the action cleaner.
It ships with a 20-round Magpul PMAG and runs on SR-25/AR-10 pattern magazines, which are the most common and affordable .308 AR mags out there. That means easy access to spares in various capacities from Magpul and other makers.
