It started as a project to trim the Revolution DI platform down into a true hunting weight rifle, and instead of hacking metal out with skeletonized cuts, POF got there through smart engineering on their Rogue platform. The result lands around 7 pounds, which is remarkable for a semi-auto pushing a 20 inch barrel in this caliber.
The barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a heat-treated black nitride finish, cut with a 1:8 twist and 5R rifling that plays nicely with the heavy match and hunting bullets 6.5 Creedmoor is known for. The muzzle wears POF's Micro-B brake on standard 5/8×24 threads, so swapping to a different device or a suppressor is simple. Up top, the rifle-length gas system runs through a 9-position Dictator adjustable gas block, letting you fine-tune the action for your hunting load or dial it down when shooting suppressed. That kind of tunability is a big deal on a DI gun in this caliber.
POF wrapped the barrel in their Renegade M-LOK rail with an oversized heatsink barrel nut that pulls heat away during longer strings. The forged upper and lower keep things rigid without extra bulk, and the KeyLock DI bolt carrier group handles the cycling duties. Controls are genuinely ambidextrous, with an ambi selector and charging handle, so left-handed hunters are not an afterthought here. A Mission First Tactical stock and a 20-round Magpul PMAG round out the package.

Yes, and it is well set up for it. The barrel has standard 5/8×24 muzzle threads, so the Micro-B brake comes off and most 30 cal or 6.5 rated cans thread right on. The 9-position Dictator adjustable gas block lets you tune the gas down to keep the rifle from running overgassed when suppressed.
More than most ARs in this class. It comes from the factory with an ambidextrous safety selector and an ambidextrous charging handle, so southpaws can run the rifle without awkward workarounds. Lefties who hunt with it tend to appreciate that these controls come standard rather than as an upgrade.
It ships with a 20-round Magpul PMAG and runs on SR-25 pattern large-frame AR magazines. That pattern is widely available, so finding spares in various capacities is easy. Magazines built for .308 Winchester in this pattern generally feed 6.5 Creedmoor without any trouble since the cartridges share the same case head and overall length range.
