Patriot Ordnance Factory has a habit of packing high-end features into rifles that most brands would call custom builds, and the 13.75" Minuteman in .300 Blackout is a great example. The 4150 steel barrel gets a black nitride treatment inside and out for corrosion resistance and easy cleanup, and it wears a Dead Air KeyMo muzzle brake that is pinned and welded in place, bringing the total barrel length to 16.1 inches. That KeyMo mount is a nice bonus if you run Dead Air suppressors, since your can threads right onto the brake without swapping hardware.
The trigger alone is worth talking about. POF ships this rifle with their single-stage drop-in trigger set at a clean 3.5 lb pull, with nitride heat treated internals and KNS anti-walk pins holding it steady in the receiver. Compare that to the gritty mil-spec triggers most factory carbines come with and you will feel the difference on the very first dry fire. The receiver set wears a sharp Patriot Brown Cerakote finish over the black nitride barrel, and the six-position Mission First Tactical stock adjusts for whatever armor, jacket, or arm length you bring to the bench. A 30-round Magpul PMAG comes in the box, so all this one needs is an optic and ammo.

It is set up nicely for it. The pinned Dead Air KeyMo brake doubles as a mount, so Dead Air suppressors with KeyMo mounting attach directly to the rifle without any extra adapters. Combine that with subsonic .300 Blackout ammo and you have one of the quietest AR setups you can put together.
