The OA Defense 2311 Full Size Pro Elite is the flagship version of that idea, machined in North Carolina and refined over three years of input from competition shooters and combat veterans. The grip module and magwell are CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum with aggressive texturing and interchangeable thumb ledges, so the gun locks into your hands and stays put through long strings of fire.
This is the upgraded trigger group, with a Pro-tuned 3.5 to 4 pound break, short reset, and a skeletonized hammer. A Springer Precision extended mag release paddle comes standard, which makes reloads faster without shifting your grip. Up top, the 5 inch V-ported barrel works with the lightening-cut slide to vent gases around your sight line, and the difference in muzzle rise is something you feel on the very first magazine. The slide ships optics ready with four mounting plates covering the most popular red dot footprints, and the plates are designed so you keep a co-witnessing rear sight rather than giving it up for the dot. Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the safety, a dedicated right-side slide stop, and a reversible mag release, so left-handed folks are not an afterthought here.
This one arrives with a 21-round and two 17-round Magpul AMAG magazines, the four optic plates, and a custom pistol case, and it will run any P320-pattern mag you already own. It is a lot of pistol, set up right from the factory, with very little left to upgrade.
