The TCM-10F is Nightstick's answer to the shrinking size of duty and carry setups without giving up any punch. It pushes out 650 lumens from a single CR123 battery, and thanks to an engineered TIR (total internal reflection) lens, that light gets shaped into a tight, bright hotspot that carries out to about 136 meters. You get a clean center beam for identifying what's in front of you and a well-defined outer halo so you still keep your peripheral awareness. The Flat Dark Earth finish keeps it low-key and pairs nicely with tan and coyote-colored builds.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, with rear-facing toggle switches on both sides for momentary-on and constant-on operation. That means it works the same whether you're right or left handed, and it's easy to run without breaking your grip. There's also a user-programmable strobe mode and a battery-safe mode when you want them. Runtime lands at up to two hours on the high setting off one fresh CR123, which is solid for a light this size.
The body is machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum with a polymer rear housing, and it's built to shrug off impact, water, and the usual abuse that comes with a carry gun. It measures roughly 2.5 inches long and tips the scale at only about 2.5 ounces, so it won't throw off the balance of a compact pistol. It ships with five handgun-specific modular rail inserts and comes pre-configured with the C1 insert for Glock pistols, covering well over 200 makes and models between them.
Installation is quick with the included Allen wrench and hardware, and Nightstick even tosses in two spare screws. Because it shares the same footprint as the TCM-550XL, holster options are wide open. Whether it's riding a home-defense pistol or a duty gun, the TCM-10F is a lot of light in a package that stays out of the way.
The TCM-10F ships with five handgun-specific modular rail inserts that cover well over 200 makes and models with an accessory rail. It comes pre-configured with the C1 insert for Glock pistols right out of the box, so most Glock owners can mount up in minutes. For other platforms, just swap in the matching insert using the included hardware.
