Noveske doesn't do budget builds, and the Noveske9 Gen 4 proves the point. This is a 9mm blowback carbine put together the way the Grants Pass crew builds everything: precision machined billet upper and lower receivers cut from 7075-T6 aluminum, hardcoat anodized and then finished in Armor Black Cerakote so the thing shrugs off wear for years. The 16 inch 416R stainless barrel runs a 1:12 twist, gets a hand polished chamber and feed cone, and each barrel is individually serialized for quality control. The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 under a Noveske marked thread protector, so adding a can or muzzle device down the road takes about a minute.
Most PCCs feel like an afterthought bolted onto an AR lower. This one is a dedicated 9mm platform from the ground up. The flared magwell takes Colt-pattern stick mags and feeds from the included 32 round magazine, and you get both a paddle style mag release and the familiar AR button on the right side. The bolt release and the 45/90 safety are ambidextrous too, so lefties get the same experience without any workarounds. Furniture is all Magpul: SL-K stock, MOE-K grip, and steel MBUS Pro folding sights front and rear. The free float NSR M-LOK handguard gives you attachment slots every 45 degrees plus a full 1913 top rail, with an anti-rotation interface locking it to the upper. Whether you're running steel challenge stages, training on cheap 9mm, or pairing it with a suppressor for quiet range days, this carbine earns its keep.
