It ships with a pinned .936" low-profile gas block and a mid-length gas tube, which gives you a smoother, softer recoil impulse than a carbine-length setup on a barrel this size. The muzzle is finished with a 60-degree crown and cut with 1/2×28 threads, so your favorite flash hider, brake, or suppressor mount threads right on.

Noveske chambers to spec, so a quality in-spec 5.56 bolt will typically headspace correctly, but it's always smart to verify headspace with go/no-go gauges during your build. If you want the peace of mind, Noveske offers a separate version that ships with a matched headspaced bolt.
