The Noveske Chainsaw is the company's take on a no-nonsense, hard-use AR-15, delivering the Noveske name's build quality in a package that works just as well on the range as it does in a carbine course. It runs a 16" 416R stainless barrel with a 1:7 twist and a hand-polished Noveske Match Chamber, so it handles everything from lightweight varmint loads to heavier match projectiles without fuss. The mid-length gas system paired with a pinned low-profile gas block keeps the recoil impulse soft and the cycling consistent round after round.
This is a forged rifle built on a hybrid of Noveske's Gen 1 and Gen 4 designs, with Chainsaw-marked upper and lower receivers machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III hardcoat anodizing. The upper carries a full-auto compatible phosphate bolt carrier group with a Carpenter 158 steel bolt that's MPI tested, an M4 barrel extension with extended hand-polished feed ramps, and a Radian Raptor LT ambidextrous charging handle. The lower features a flared magazine well, Noveske QD sling mount endplate, and an adjustable tension screw for a tight fit between upper and lower.
Up front you get a GEN 4 NSR-15" free-floating M-LOK handguard with mounting slots every 45 degrees and a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail, giving you plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, optics, and grips. The ALG Defense Advanced Combat Trigger offers a clean, crisp pull, and the Magpul MOE SL stock and MOE K2 grip round out a setup that's comfortable and ready to run. The muzzle is capped with an A2 birdcage flash hider on 1/2×28 threads, so swapping to a can or a different muzzle device down the road is simple.
At roughly 6.8 pounds dry and 35 1/4" long with the stock collapsed, the Chainsaw balances nicely and carries all day without wearing you out. It's a serious rifle for folks who want Noveske quality in a practical, work-ready build.

No, the Chainsaw does not include iron sights or an optic. The GEN 4 NSR-15" handguard has a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail that lets you mount the sights or optic of your choice. You'll want to pick up your preferred sighting system separately.
