The NcSTAR MAR4S is a two-piece, carbine-length quad rail handguard built to replace the factory plastic furniture on your AR-15 or M4. This is the third-generation version, which NcSTAR trimmed down to a slimmer profile and lighter weight than the older models, so you get four Picatinny rails without turning your front end into a boat anchor. It slides onto a carbine-length gas system using your existing GI handguard cap and delta ring, so there's no barrel work or gunsmithing involved.
Machined from aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish, the MAR4S holds up to wear and shrugs off corrosion. The four rails run along the top, bottom, and both sides, giving you plenty of real estate for optics up top and lights, lasers, a vertical grip, or a bipod down below. Laser-engraved white rail markings help you index and repeat accessory placement, and the large ventilation cutouts let heat bleed off the barrel during longer strings of fire.
